Job Title: FP&A Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Manager to join our team in Santa Clara. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and analysis within the manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor manufacturing costs, expenses, and variances against budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Prepare financial reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for manufacturing activities.
  • Develop and implement cost accounting policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related degree. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a progressively more complex role with finance, business planning and analysis a focus, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3-5+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience (may include demonstrated use of influential leadership or project/initiative management skills).
  • Strong software and systems acumen (ERP experience preferred, SAP experience a plus).
  • Excellent business acumen with managerial perspective and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
