Job Title: Finance Manager

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join its Cortex team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to the Cortex business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for the Cortex business, incorporating analytical rigor to support planning and decision-making processes.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs in team planning, investment, and operational strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Execute ad-hoc projects related to strategic and financial analyses as required by the business.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics (or similar).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with executive-level business partners.
  • Go-getter mindset with a desire to maintain high-performance under tight timelines.
  • Strong financial modeling capability, with experience in financial systems, including SAP, BPC, Tableau, and other BI tools.
