Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Manager in Training to join our team at Campus Services Group. As a Custodial Manager in Training, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform various job assignments, including day porter, custodian, and floor technician duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and lead small groups of line staff in cleaning and laundry activities on varying shifts as needed.
  • Learn policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements to assume responsibility of managing and supervising custodial and floor care staff at a single site.
  • Assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. Two years' experience in environmental services in a healthcare and/or school environment and personnel supervision is desired.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
Working Conditions

Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work around cleaning products.
