Overview:
The Sales Enablement team at Rotary Compression Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead our initiatives in enhancing sales effectiveness. This pivotal role will report directly to the Director of Sales & Service for North America and will oversee our regional Sales Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership of the Enablement Team: Cultivate and mentor the enablement team through effective hiring, onboarding, and coaching practices. Establish clear objectives, develop growth plans, and provide consistent feedback to foster alignment and professional development.
  2. Management of Sales Enablement Initiatives: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership to design, implement, and refine enablement programs. Leverage customer insights and performance metrics to enhance sales processes, revenue generation, and pricing strategies.
  3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams. Collect market intelligence and work together on projects aimed at streamlining operations, improving tools, and empowering the sales force.
  4. Communication of Performance Metrics: Effectively convey Sales Enablement strategies and key performance indicators to stakeholders, showcasing the business impact of initiatives to gain support and build trust.
  5. Content Creation and Distribution: Collaborate with marketing and product management to develop and disseminate impactful content. Ensure that customer-facing teams are equipped to effectively communicate product details, thereby enhancing sales performance.
  6. Product Support Management: Provide both technical and commercial assistance for product configurations, quotations, and order processing. Oversee projects to guarantee adherence to quality, delivery, and performance standards.
  7. Demand Forecasting: Work cross-functionally to align on sales, inventory, and operational plans. Identify potential risks and devise strategies to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Utilize customer feedback and key performance indicators to refine existing methodologies, enhancing sales processes and driving improved business outcomes.

Work Arrangement:
Remote, anywhere in the US

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment, including roles in sales, enablement, or training. Proven expertise in best practices, methodologies, and technologies relevant to these fields is essential. At least 2 years of experience leading a regional team with a successful track record of developing high-performing teams. Strong business acumen with a solid analytical foundation, capable of identifying market trends and exploring growth opportunities creatively. Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent, effectively managing and implementing organizational change.
