Account Manager Outside Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Outside Sales to join our team at Summit Electric Supply. As an Account Manager Outside Sales, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with new and established customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical supply industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Knowledge of the electrical supply industry and market trends
- Fluency in a second language
