Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart with supplies and cleaning materials.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's standards and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks and jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
