We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principle Technical Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the performance of routine and complex maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
- Work autonomously within established procedures and practices, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Perform a variety of complex tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, and making good decisions with a high degree of discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement work plans for scheduled maintenance, ensuring minimal unplanned impacts and efficient system recovery.
- Participate in the Troubleshooting of field devices and process equipment, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a strong background in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of leading and coordinating maintenance teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise work plans and reports.
- Strong understanding of electrical control and power systems, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
- Ability to work from heights, lift 55 lbs, and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, with experience in maintenance management software.
- Licensed Journeyman or higher Electrician, recognized by Austin Texas.
