Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at McLaren Health Care. This role will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the schedules of clinical staff assigned to various programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule nursing, therapy, and social work assignments in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage client appointments and visits according to care plans and staff availability.
• Utilize clinical software to schedule all assignments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes and updates.
• Perform general office duties including word processing, filing, and reception services as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and scheduling software.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Prior scheduling experience preferred.
