We are seeking a skilled Homes Research Analyst to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data on new home construction projects across the country.

About the Role

As a Homes Research Analyst, you will be working closely with builders and developers to gather information on their projects, including sales trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape. You will also be responsible for reviewing sale comps, ensuring data quality, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting builders and developers to gather project information
  • Compiling and analyzing data on new home construction projects
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales trends and market analysis
  • Reviewing sale comps to ensure data quality
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as research or data analysis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
