Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Scrum Master and Teradata, Java, Microservices, APIs, and Databases (Oracle, Teradata) to lead our project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and managing Scrum processes, as well as excellent communication and technical skills to navigate our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and implement Scrum processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • 12+ years of experience in IT
  • Software architecture, development, strategy, and leadership experience
  • Strong skills in databases like Teradata
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ETL development and integration
  • Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, and Databases (Oracle, Teradata)
  • Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies
