Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Provide expert guidance on product implementation and onboarding to ensure seamless adoption
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Identify and pursue upsell and renewal opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
