Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Site Supervisor to join our team at Riveon Mental Health and Recovery Careers. As a key member of our residential program, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility and providing support and guidance to our residents and contract staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of our residential program, including reviewing and enforcing program rules and regulations, coordinating safety inspections and cleaning schedules, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to our contract staff, including training and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care to our residents.
  • Resident Support: Work closely with our residents to understand their needs and provide individualized support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with our clinical staff, residents, and contract staff to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with program goals and objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including incident reports, resident progress notes, and program evaluations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, counseling) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a residential setting, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse program.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Certifications: Valid Ohio driver's license required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Most work will be performed on-site at our residential facility; some time may be spent in an office environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift minimal loads at various times.
