In this position, you will oversee the growth and development of multiple healthcare client relationships generating between $5-$20 million in annual net revenues. You will also manage intricate, multi-faceted engagements that integrate media and creative services, data management, consulting, and extensive technology implementations.


The Senior Vice President has a proven track record of collaborating with Chief Development Officers (CDOs) and Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) and excels in leading teams of Client Service professionals within a matrixed organizational structure. You will possess operational expertise tailored to your client's business needs to achieve financial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in pharma plans, payer/provider relationships, direct response marketing, and digital transformation.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with CDOs, CROs, and Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs).
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction while driving the ongoing growth and evolution of client accounts.
  • Guide the delivery of work products and enhance client relationships through effective leadership.
  • Provide direction to Account Directors and Engagement Leaders focused on delivering value and maintaining quality.
  • Mentor team members to foster professional growth and development opportunities.


Engagement with executives, managing client expectations, reinforcing value, and cross-selling services are essential to developing strategic engagement strategies that cultivate C-level relationships.

Effectively oversee all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contracts, pricing, profitability, and revenue forecasting.


Accurately plan and project revenue growth to meet net revenue and margin goals.


Develop and implement growth and account strategies that enhance client results while expanding the account portfolio.


Direct team initiatives to ensure comprehensive collaboration and leverage our full range of resources to support business objectives.


Engage with senior-level client contacts across all facets of their business, delivering a steady stream of business-enhancing ideas while securing feedback on relationships and performance.

Enhance your understanding of the client's business and industry, often acting as the primary consultant for our clients.


Plan work effectively, communicate changes, and resolve issues, ensuring that commitments to both clients and the company are upheld.


Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft proposal and presentation content and strategies for new business opportunities.
