- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience thinking outside of the box to provide creative solutions
- Proven ability to be adaptable, agile, and flexible to provide creative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Information Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership/Management, Project Management, or other Agile-related role within a development team
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related domains
- ServiceNow Certification
- Familiarity with Scrum Methodology
- US Citizenship
