Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and schedule daily job plans
  • Analyze maintenance repair specifications to determine tools, parts, and human resource requirements
  • Foster communication between maintenance and other onsite departments
  • Assist with bi-annual turnaround planning
  • Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure KPIs tracked by CMMS are met
  • Perform equipment reliability analysis and recommend improvements based on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) findings
  • Grow into an understanding of equipment reliability improvements through analysis of equipment trends, historical, and field data to identify performance drivers
  • Support site engineering for turnarounds
  • Order parts according to lead times
  • Monitor critical parts inventory levels
  • Update proprietary CMMS with labor hours, parts usage, and contractor repair costs
  • Organize the maintenance warehouse and receiving area
  • Create purchase orders for approval by management
  • Receive and match invoices, documenting any discrepancies
Requirements:
  • 3 years as a Maintenance Planner and/or Maintenance Project Management
  • 6 years of Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
  • 3 years' experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)
  • Strong analytical skills with data organization and cleansing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, Word, and Project
  • Gantt Chart experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of an organization
  • Influencing skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, stoop, bend, reach, etc.
