Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement telehealth programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate telehealth initiatives
  • Collaborate with health IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions that support telehealth programs
  • Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for telehealth programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field (e.g. healthcare administration, nursing, public health)
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health IT, or program management
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
