  • Accompanying children during outings and ensuring their safety.
  • Overseeing and assisting children during meal times.
  • Promptly notifying medical staff of any health concerns.
  • Guiding children in personal hygiene practices.
  • Encouraging educational growth, skill acquisition, and positive behavioral patterns.
  • Providing companionship through engaging conversations, reading, and recreational activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and secure environment for children.
  • Supporting children during excursions and field trips.
  • Promoting rest and upholding discipline.
  • Facilitating meaningful activities both on-site and off-site.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine commitment to the welfare of children.
  • An updated resume demonstrating at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Proof of vaccination status as required.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher educational qualifications.

Compensation & Schedule:

This position is classified as a relief role, with compensation for any hours worked beyond the standard shift after reaching 40 hours. The pay structure is as follows:

  • Initial Compensation: $16.00 per hour for the first 90 days.
  • Weekend Shifts: $22.00/hour.
  • Day Shift (7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.): $20.00/hour.
  • Night Shift (12:00 am-8:00 am): $20.50/hour.
  • Evening Shift (4:00 pm-12:00 am): $20.75/hour.
  • Holiday Pay: $25.00/hour.

Incentive Program: A bonus of $300 will be awarded after every 13-week assignment, contingent upon attendance and performance evaluations.

Work Schedule Options:

  • Tuesday through Saturday (with Sunday and Monday off).
  • Sunday through Thursday (with Friday and Saturday off).

Job Type: Full-time.
