Job Description
As a Room Service Server at Parker Palm Springs, LLC, you will be responsible for providing world-class food and beverage service to our discerning guests. Your duties will include preparing and delivering F&B items on trays according to set standards, greeting guests in rooms and on the phone according to our high standards, and applying food and beverage handling rules with precision. You will also be responsible for bringing wine selections to rooms with appropriate glasses, following proper wine service procedures, and constantly walking hallways to pick up dirty trays. Additionally, you will deliver amenities as arranged by Guest Service, prepare accurate checks, follow cashiering procedures, brew fresh coffee and tea, fill salt & pepper, sugar bowls, creamers, fold napkins, and polish silverware. You will also organize trays with proper setup, restock the service counter with items such as straws, glasses, cups, condiments, polish glasses, silverware, and trays whenever needed, completely understand and follow department and hotel standards, take responsibility to keep the room service area clean at all times, retrieve food items from the kitchen and beverages from the fridge or lounge bar, collect dirty items and bring them to the dishwasher, maintain guest satisfaction as your top priority, follow and work according to the standard operating procedures of the room service, and take the initiative to serve guests even if they are sitting in the gardens. You will also be responsible, along with the manager, to train and motivate staff. Other tasks may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver F&B items on trays according to set standards
- Greet guests in rooms and on the phone according to our high standards
- Apply food and beverage handling rules with precision
- Bring wine selections to rooms with appropriate glasses, following proper wine service procedures
- Constantly walk hallways to pick up dirty trays

- Brew fresh coffee and tea
- Fill salt & pepper, sugar bowls, creamers, fold napkins, and polish silverware

- Completely understand and follow department and hotel standards
