Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at St. David's Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures to evaluate the need for and response to respiratory therapy.
  • Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
  • Document patient assessment and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Experience in respiratory care, preferably in a hospital setting.
