Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as Guest Services Representatives.

The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to create a lasting first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

By providing a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Guest Services Representative assists with the unloading of guests' luggage and serves as a knowledgeable resource regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the local area while guiding guests to their rooms.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in discovering their ideal experiences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being engaging and genuinely interested
- Interact with all guests, welcoming each one to our hotel
- Open doors for guests arriving by vehicle as you greet them
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
- Upon check-in, escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining our amenities and sharing interesting facts about our hotel.


- Collaborate with other attendants to ensure each guest enjoys a personalized experience and strive to exceed expectations.
- Assist lobby attendants in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area

- Make a difference for all guests and employees by exceeding standard service expectations.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess some front desk experience, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong office and clerical skills are essential. Must have flexible availability, including weekends.
