Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Specialty Care Professional to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our infusion services, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of patients' homes.

About the Role

This is a PRN opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff, physicians, and patients to develop and monitor treatment plans
  • Assess patient needs and establish individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and management
  • Evaluate patient progress and make recommendations for changes in care as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with previous infusion experience a plus
  • CPR certification
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work various shift models
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $44.00-$48.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide reimbursement for mileage and pay drive time at the nursing hourly rate.
