Role ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our warehouse team, you will:
- Precisely and efficiently select items for customer orders.
- Package customer orders and assist with essential order fulfillment tasks.
- Maintain accurate product inventory through restocking and organization.
- Support warehouse operations through various tasks, including bagging products and managing cardboard waste.
- Execute all duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize available resources to address inventory inquiries.
- Perform general cleaning and preparation tasks to uphold warehouse standards.
- Learn to string tennis racquets according to established guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Be adaptable during peak periods by assisting colleagues and collaborating as part of a team.

This role is situated in a climate-controlled warehouse, requiring routine use of standard warehouse equipment for picking and packing tasks. Equipment includes rolling carts, hand scanners, tape guns, box cutters, and ladders. Computer usage is also necessary, along with the potential use of racquet stringing machines.
Physical RequirementsThe physical demands of this position include:
- Regularly performing tasks that involve repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Frequent movement to accomplish tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
- Occasional sitting and communication with others.
- Ascending and descending ladders and stairs as needed.
- Lifting and/or moving objects weighing less than ten pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds.
