Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range, estimated to be around $ $63,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the clinical aspects of patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing situations.
Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at CorrectHealth, you will:
- Participate in patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Respond to emergencies and crises, using sound judgment and critical thinking skills
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a correctional or healthcare setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
