Responsibilities:

This position involves leading clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner
• Forwarding charts as appropriate daily
• Implementing clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
• Maintaining behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA
• Ordering, performing, or interpreting diagnostic tests
• Prescribing medications and educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. A Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physicians Assistant License are also required. Additionally, you must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, plus benefits like holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and Work-Life balance.
