About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing assets and supporting processes to achieve unit objectives.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to be recognized as an implementer of engineering principles and/or scientific analysis in meeting unit objectives.
  • Support the implementation of the loss control improvement process by compliance with critical safety rules.
  • Develop equipment, processes, and products that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines.
  • Lead assigned projects/tasks to meet unit objectives within applicable corporate policies.
Quality and Safety
  • Identify, develop, and implement products, processes, materials, systems, and procedures to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Require a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited College or University.
  • Experience with manufacturing control systems, such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers); Lean Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrated personal sensitivity and competency in design and/or use of engineering/scientific analysis systems/tools.
