We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect with Civil CAD experience to join our team at Goodwyn Mills Cawood. As a key member of our Daphne, AL team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally in a collaborative environment.

• Lead landscape architecture design efforts, with a focus on site civil (grading, drainage, and utilities)
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and architects on both engineering and landscape projects, both written and orally
• Develop and design residential and commercial subdivisions and site plans, utilizing AutoCAD software
• Prepare and present visual representations of outdoor areas to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data and assess project requirements
• Collaborate with local regulatory committees and legal organizations to understand laws and regulations
• Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and maintain business relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• 2 or more years of experience in landscape architecture and CAD design
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and LandFX
• Proven experience with irrigation design and site civil design
