Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Elm Wood Center - Claremont, NH. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our nursing center department heads and promoting a culture of care and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as required.
  • Lead, guide, and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
  • Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by the Genesis core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
