Job Title: 1:1 Home Health RN

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for a young woman with a gastronomy tube (G-tube) who communicates primarily through a computer device. Job Requirements
  • Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
  • One year of working experience in the field within the last five years
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Trach & Vent experience preferred
  • Current CPR Certification Required
