Job Summary:

As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small group or program within our Behavioral Health department. This role will involve both administrative and client caseload responsibilities, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program design and implementation within the unit
  • Monitor access indicators and responsible for utilization management
  • Make budget recommendations and have input into hiring decisions with veto authority
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff, and input into performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience under the direction of a licensed psychologist or board-certified psychiatrist
  • PhD, PsyD, or EdD in clinical or counseling required from an accredited college or university
  • Psychologist License (California) and National Provider Identifier required at hire

Work Environment:

This role will be based in Stockton, California, and will require occasional travel to Modesto. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
