Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality echocardiograms and other diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography and adhere to industry standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current certification in cardiac sonography (e.g., RDCS, RCS).
