Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Operations Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our HVAC service technicians, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new technicians to meet the growing demands of our business.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of field service tools and technologies to improve customer service and reduce costs.
  • Review and analyze daily work reports and start-up submissions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage warranty processes and filter warranty requests from contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HVAC operations management, with a strong background in commercial and residential HVAC service.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC functions, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
