Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to inmates in a correctional facility.

Job Summary:

We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a safe and secure environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for rendering nursing care to clients in assigned areas, according to individualized client needs, and in accordance with recognized nursing techniques and established standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in assigned areas, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
