Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to inmates in a correctional setting.

About the Role:

The LPN will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individual client needs, and under the direction of a registered nurse. This role requires a valid, unrestricted LPN license, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
  • Work under the direction of a registered nurse
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check

Work Schedule:

12-hour days, rotating weekends
