Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, individualized to client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Conduct health assessments and develop care plans
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
