Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, clamp-lifts, hi-packers, balers, Glad-hands, and DokLocks, to efficiently transfer products.
  • Load and unload trucks in accordance with department standards.
  • Stock all transported goods in a safe and stable manner.
  • Efficiently use warehouse space to maximize productivity.
  • Communicate pertinent information to relief at shift change.
  • Obey all safety rules and procedures.
  • Keep work area clean of debris and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Complete check-off sheets on forklift maintenance.
  • Monitor and record all products and supplies received.
Requirements
  • 1-year or greater experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. above waist and above shoulder level.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and twist.
  • Valid driver's license or 1-year clean driving record.
  • Ability to handle basic math and understand basic measurements.
