Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership and control in evaluating and executing long-term business strategies, ensuring accurate financial controls and governance are in place concerning long-term strategic and product portfolio decisions.
- Portfolio Management: Lead Portfolio Reviews to CEO staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish accountability for KPIs and drive achievement of profitability goals.
- Business Analysis: Partner with Business Unit teams and partner organizations to develop business cases for product roadmap decision milestones, utilizing a broad range of financial modeling and operational and financial data warehouses.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Strategic Planning and Corporate Strategy in developing long-term strategic plans for the business, driving the right business decisions by utilizing financial modeling and operational and financial data warehouses.
- Experience: Significant experience in business management at a large multinational firm, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Portfolio Management: Portfolio management experience for technology products, with a proven track record of performing in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
- Leadership: Ability to influence others, build consensus, and resolve conflicts, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to work across functional boundaries.
- Education: MBA preferred, with 10+ years of finance and investment evaluation experience.
