Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Sales Professional to join our team at Circle L Solar. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for building your business from the ground up, working directly with customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will work closely with our in-house operations department to ensure seamless project execution, from initial contact to completion. Our team provides top-notch training and support, empowering you to succeed in this role.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to drive results. If you're passionate about renewable energy and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed
  • Valid driver's license

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Commission-based earnings
  • Quarterly bonuses of up to $15,000
  • Large advances upfront paid on each sale, with remaining commission paid upon install
  • Bi-weekly payroll schedule
