Solar Energy Sales Representative

About the Role:
Cannon Employment Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Energy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting homeowners with solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact homeowners to schedule appointments for solar energy consultations
* Utilize provided scripts and resources to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy
* Qualify leads by gathering information about homeowners' energy needs, current utility bills, and potential solar incentives
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment schedules in the CRM system
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for consultation meetings
* Stay informed about solar industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to effectively address homeowner inquiries
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets to contribute to the company's growth goals
Requirements:
* Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
* Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules effectively
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology
* Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn
* Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results
