Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Neonatal Network, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and promote patient advocacy.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to new and existing staff members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Utilize technology and informatics to optimize healthcare outcomes and improve patient care.
Qualifications
  • Master of Science degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio.
  • National certification as an APRN in the appropriate population focus for the position.
