Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management

  • Examine, validate, and process monthly IT invoices.

Contract Oversight

  • Administer monthly and yearly subscription agreements for IT services and applications.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of telecom services.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and negotiate conditions with suppliers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts and monitor their progress.

IT Equipment Acquisition

  • Identify and assess vendors for IT equipment and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Place orders and monitor delivery schedules to guarantee timely acquisition of equipment.

Administrative Assistance

  • Support budget development and oversight for the IT division.
  • Maintain inventory logs of IT assets and software licenses.

Qualifications
