We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pulmonary Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in a dynamic outpatient setting located in Schenectady, NY. This position offers the opportunity to serve a large underserved population in our community while working collaboratively with a robust team of 9 physicians and 4 APPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care for pulmonary and sleep patients in an office-based setting
- Manage your own patient panel, ensuring continuity of care
- Split your time between our Schenectady office (3 days) and our Amsterdam office (2 days)
- Applicants should have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Competitive salary with incentives
- Compensation is between $122,501 and $138,961
- Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
- Paid malpractice, including post-employment tail coverage
- CME time & expense allowance
- Paid time away from the practice
- Retirement savings program with employer matching program
