The Test Center Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Prometric test centers worldwide. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify candidate identification and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold exam integrity
- Monitor exams and ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for candidates
- Report and resolve candidate issues in a timely manner
- Represent Prometric's vision, mission, and values
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers
