Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Hope House Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorder.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for overseeing medication administration, delivering care that respects patient confidentiality, and assisting the RN and MD with medical records. You will also communicate medical information as appropriate and determine which issues need to be escalated to the RN or MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee medication administration in accordance with the medication policy
  • Deliver care that respects patient confidentiality and privacy
  • Assist the RN and MD with medical records
  • Communicate medical information as appropriate
  • Determine which issues need to be escalated to the RN or MD
Requirements:
  • LPN License is required
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience is preferred
  • A background check is required
