Responsibilities:- Assess patient physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis and formulate a nursing diagnosis.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient and healthcare team.
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care services to ensure patient safety, comfort, and protection.
- Perform skills essential to the kind of nursing action to be taken and explain health treatments to patients and families.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and modify as needed.
- Minimum acute care three years (3) experience required.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing.
- Associate Degree or BSN accepted.
- CA RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
