Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of approximately 10 subordinates to achieve production goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly injection molding, assembly, extrusion, and compression.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Vocational School education with extensive experience in manufacturing.
  • Preferred: Technical College degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
