Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Southern Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve personal and branch goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products and services, including deposit and loan products, to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated positive and helpful attitude toward both internal and external customers.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to use effective communication skills, understand procedures, and speak clearly to customers, employees, and supervisors.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
