Additionally, the specialist will provide support to the technical services team by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs on customer products at the component and board levels.
  • Refurbish and restore returned advance replacement items.
  • Timely testing and refurbishment of credit returns.
  • Communicate repair status to customers through various channels.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document all interactions and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and inventory records.
  • Prepare and manage demo systems and products.
  • Monitor and follow up on advance replacement returns.
  • Address billing inquiries related to non-warranty repairs.
  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues with returned products.
  • Ensure adherence to specified repair turnaround times.
  • Manage and replenish repair parts inventory as necessary.
  • Assist with inventory rework tasks when required.
  • Support the technical services team by responding to inquiries.
