Receptionist - CenterWell - Old National

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Greets visitors and determines the nature of their visit, issuing visitor passes and maintaining visitor logs.
- Responds to routine inquiries from internal and external sources, including organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Performs basic administrative tasks, such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, and receiving and sending courier packages.
- Works under close supervision and/or within established policies and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
- Less than 2 years of technical experience.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- High School Diploma or GED.
