Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled C# Technical Services Engineer to join our team at Integration Appliance, Inc. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work on a large, multi-year program for a highly strategic client. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical direction and assistance to the client regarding their integration needs. You will define client integration requirements through analysis, design, and finalize integration scope. Additionally, you will design and build integrations on Intapp Integration Service (IIS) with Boomi, support and enhance deployed integrations written in C#, and design, develop, implement, and support integration projects incorporating industry standards and best practices. You will also conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution and ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across platforms, adhering to best practices in system integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and assistance to the client regarding their integration needs
  • Define client integration requirements through analysis, design, and finalize integration scope
  • Design and build integrations on Intapp Integration Service (IIS) with Boomi
  • Support and enhance deployed integrations written in C#
  • Design, develop, implement, and support integration projects incorporating industry standards and best practices
  • Conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution
  • Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across platforms, adhering to best practices in system integration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable integration strategies

Requirements
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external clients
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of professional experience working on software or API development
  • 2+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and developing integrations with C#
  • Boomi Professional Developer Certification (preferable) with a desire to continue expanding Boomi integration expertise
  • Professional services/consulting, architecting, and delivering solutions in the Systems Integration space
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using Boomi, coupled with the knowledge of choosing the most effective option for a customer
  • Experience managing a high volume of activity in a fast-paced growing organization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves direct customer interaction
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate work with all team members
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management
  • Personal time and project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivated for continual learning

Technical Skills
  • Software development experience with a strong understanding of logic, functions, performance, and delivery
  • Extensive web technology knowledge and understanding:
    • Web-based Request/Response cycles
    • Consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs
    • Synchronous and Asynchronous communications
  • Databases & T-SQL (relational, queries, joins, procedures, performance)
  • Hands-on experience in PL/SQL and C#
  • An understanding of development methodologies
  • Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools
  • Data management and mapping
  • Enterprise software such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR
