Clinical Nurse Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Tanana Valley Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting.

About the Role:
Your primary responsibilities will involve assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs. You will review available information obtained by other healthcare team members, diagnostics, and laboratory data, and report abnormal results to physicians and other caregivers. Additionally, you will formulate a plan of care, implement it through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the activities of the healthcare team.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure for the current state of practice. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. You should have experience working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
